Sam wins an NSF GRFP award!

This week, we're honoring Osman Lab PhD Student Samyukta Shrivatsa, for her achievement in being
chosen as a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow (NSF GRFP). The NSF GRFP
program aims to enhance the involvement of diverse talents across the STEM spectrum. We're immensely
proud of her success, recognizing it as a testament to her remarkable contributions to both our lab and the
realm of environmental engineering. To take a quote from Dr. Osman’s reference letter “Sam is a
visionary, she thinks beyond the confines of numbers, beyond x’s and o’s, and focuses her energy on the
who, particularly in conversations regarding sustainable innovations.”
