Oluchi Obinegbo Receives Graduate Research Fellowship from the Center for African Studies
Congratulations to Oluchukwu Obinegbo, who has been awarded the Graduate Student Research Fellowship from Stanford’s Center for African Studies (CAS). This fellowship supports graduate students conducting research focused on Africa. Oluchukwu will use the fellowship to support fieldwork for her study on Energy Bureaucracy and Procedural Justice in Sub-Saharan Electrification, which examines how global development priorities intersect with local governance and community experiences in energy service delivery. Her work contributes to emerging frameworks for infrastructure equity by foregrounding local perspectives on trust, transparency, and accountability in energy transitions.
