It’s the Great Pumpkin, Dr. Osman!

The Osman Lab recently ventured out to Half Moon Bay for this year’s lab retreat! Aside from the brunching and beautiful lunch views, we reflected on our personal and professional accomplishments from this past academic year. From Allisa advancing her pottery skills to the intermediate ceramics class to Oluchi’s recent first-author publication, we are beyond proud of how the lab is continually taking strides to be their best selves & scientists. After our morning beach hike excursion, we took a trek down to Pastorino’s Pumpkin Patch to enjoy all things pumpkin (spice). There may or may not have been some lovely throwback sing-a-longs on the way home courtesy of Dr. Osman. We look forward to next year’s retreat & more lab bonding events to come!
