From Research to the Reel Life: Dr. Khalid Osman at The Story Collider Showcase

Earlier this month, Khalid Osman was part of a live storytelling showcase produced in collaboration with The Story Collider, exploring how research can drive meaningful solutions to societal challenges.

Hosted at the Cantor Arts Center, the event featured five researchers from Stanford University—Guilherme Lichand, Hannah Firestone, Kimberly Babiarz, and Brendan Moore—spanning faculty, students, and staff. Each speaker shared a personal story about their work addressing a pressing social issue.

Dr. Osman’s participation highlighted the importance of translating complex research into accessible, human-centered narratives—grounded in lived experience, clear stakes, and tangible impact.
