Dr. Osman is Co-hosting the Building Africa’s Cities Summit in June 2025

Dr. Osman will co-host the Building Africa’s Cities Summit (BACS) with the King Center on Global Development on June 27-28 at Stanford. The summit aims to unite a select group of multidisciplinary professionals who are currently advancing research and practice in the built environment across Africa. Participants will share insights from their practical experiences and establish new professional and research collaborations to enhance their work.

This interdisciplinary summit will bring together thought leaders and provide a platform for developing impactful policies in the context of environmental and climate justice.
